Reliability is the thing we obsess over: check-in that holds under a rush, tickets that land in every inbox, tiers that never oversell. We're in beta until January, so you'll see the product change under you, but a broken event is the one thing we don't allow. As a founding organiser, we set your first event up with you, so nothing's left to chance.
By name or QR, whichever's faster. Search a name, tap them in. No scan needed. It holds up in a queue, and works for group tickets where you only know who bought them.
Free events are free. 50p per ticket under £10, £1 per ticket at £10 and above, added at checkout and paid by the attendee. Flat, never a percentage. Card processing at cost. Deck Pro is £49/month, and free for founding organisers until launch.
We don't promise you an audience. The organisers we work with already have people showing up; what they're short of is time. Deck helps you keep the room you've built and bring it back more often.

No. Your group chat stays your group chat. Deck handles the bits you shouldn't be doing by hand: reminders, welcomes, waitlist updates, the follow-up to the people who've gone quiet. That way the group can be for the actual conversation.
You don't switch, you import. Send us your Eventbrite, Luma, Ticket Tailor or Meetup exports and we load your members and past events within 24 hours. Then we set up your first event together. If it isn't for you, everything exports back out.
You do. Every member and everything they've told you is yours to keep, export any time, and contact directly, with their consent captured at checkout so you never have to go back and ask. We're a processor on your behalf, named at checkout.
You connect your own Stripe account (it takes a few minutes) and payouts go straight to your bank. Stripe's fees are charged at cost. GBP and AED today.
Pro is the insights layer: who's a regular, who's gone quiet, who brought who, and what you actually made by event and by month. It's live now, free for founding organisers, and rolls out to everyone at launch in January.
