How hard is it to switch?

Not hard, because you don't do it alone. We migrate your setup and run your first event alongside you. No lock-in, no contracts, and your data stays yours, so there's nothing to lose by trying.

What does it actually cost?

50p per ticket priced under £10, £1 per ticket priced £10 & over. Flat, never a percentage, and you only pay when you sell. Every ticket sold also earns you credit toward your next batch (capped at £75 per month). Standard card processing applies, same as any platform.

Do my members need to download an app?

No. Members buy from a link and get their ticket by email, just like they’re used to. Nothing stands between them and your event. But members who join Deck get more: they earn credit, connect with your community, and see your next events in one place. The app is a bonus for them, never a barrier.

Who owns my community and data?

You do. Your members and their data are yours to keep, export anytime, and reach directly, and that never changes. Members can also join Deck to earn credit and connect, which pulls them closer to your community, not away from it.

How do I get paid?

You connect your own Stripe account (takes a few minutes), and payouts go straight to your bank. You control when the money lands. It's always in your hands.
