Deck Community Fund — Terms & Conditions

1. The Fund
The Deck Community Fund ("the Fund") offers eligible community organisers up to £250 toward the cost of a group event planned using the Deck app. The Fund is operated by SwipeOnDeck (Curated Technologies Limited).

2. Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over and based in the United Kingdom

  • Represent a real, active IRL community group (e.g. run club, book club, society, sports team)

  • Have or create a Deck account

  • Not be an employee, contractor, or close associate of SwipeOnDeck (Curated Technologies Limited)

3. How to Apply
Applicants must:

  1. Create a Deck Group Swipe session and invite their community to vote on a venue

  2. Complete the online application form at [URL]

  3. Submit their application before the stated deadline (where applicable)

4. Selection
Applications are reviewed by the Deck team. Selection is at Deck's sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee funding. Deck reserves the right to approve or decline any application without providing a reason.

5. The Award

  • Successful applicants will be contacted to arrange the transfer to their account

  • Payment will be made within 10 working days of approval

6. Content & Promotion
By applying, you agree that Deck may use your community name, event details, and any photos/content you voluntarily share with us for promotional purposes, including on social media and the Deck website.

7. Limitations

  • Deck reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify the Fund at any time

  • Deck is not responsible for any costs incurred beyond the awarded amount

  • Only one application per community group per calendar month

8. General

  • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales

  • SwipeOnDeck (Curated Technologies Limited) is registered in England and Wales
