DECK ON CAMPUS FUND — OFFICIAL PRIZE DRAW RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Deck On Campus Fund (the "Draw") is a rolling prize draw operated by Curated Technologies Limited, trading as SwipeOnDeck ("Deck", "Sponsor", "we"). The Draw opens on 21 March 2026 and continues on a rolling basis until Deck announces otherwise.

1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Draw:

Step 1: Download Deck (free) and create a multiplayer planning session that includes a minimum of three (3) other participants. Your group must vote on at least one experience within the session.

Step 2: Complete the entry form at https://tally.so/r/yPDajx, providing your name, email address, and the link to your Deck multiplayer session (your "Submission").

Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar month. Participation is voluntary and does not require any purchase. THE MULTIPLAYER SESSION SUBMITTED MUST INCLUDE A MINIMUM OF FOUR (4) PARTICIPANTS (INCLUDING THE ENTRANT) AND AT LEAST ONE VOTED EXPERIENCE IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE. SESSIONS THAT DO NOT MEET THIS THRESHOLD, OR THAT APPEAR FRAUDULENT OR FABRICATED, WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

2. PRIZE

One (1) winner will be selected per calendar month. The prize may range from £50 to £200 (two hundred pounds sterling) on a case-by-case basis toward the top-voted experience in the winning Deck session, paid via direct bank transfer to the winner following verification.

Total prize value: £50 to £200 (two hundred pounds sterling) per monthly draw. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the relevant month. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative except at Deck's sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for any costs beyond the prize value. Deck reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Draw is open to individuals who are:

(a) residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry; and

(b) currently enrolled as a student at a UK university or higher education institution.

Entries from commercial entities are not eligible. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Curated Technologies Limited, and their immediate family members or members of the same household, are not eligible. By entering, you confirm you meet these eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. THE DRAW IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

Following the last day of each calendar month, a panel of Deck employees (the "Panel") will select the winner from all valid Submissions received in that month based on the following criteria:

Session quality: How engaged was the group? (e.g. number of participants, votes cast) (34%)
Plan creativity: How interesting or original is the top-voted experience in the session? (33%)
Effort: How complete is the session — does it reflect a genuine group planning a real night out? (33%)

In the event of a tie, the Submission with the highest score for Session Quality will be deemed the winner. The Panel's decisions are final and binding.

Each winner will be notified by email using the address provided during entry within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, Deck reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Deck is not responsible for undelivered or misdirected notifications. Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility (including name, age, and university enrolment) before the prize is released. Winners agree to Deck's use of their first name and university for promotional purposes, to the extent permitted by law.

5. CONDITIONS

Curated Technologies Limited and its officers, employees, agents, and partners (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (a) late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (b) technical failures of any kind, including platform outages, network errors, or app malfunctions; (c) events beyond Deck's reasonable control; or (d) any loss or damage arising from participation in the Draw or acceptance of a prize.

Deck reserves the right to suspend, amend, or cancel the Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect the fair and proper administration of the Draw. Any such decision will be announced via the entry landing page and Deck's social channels.

Any entrant found to have tampered with the Draw, submitted fraudulent entries, or otherwise violated these Official Rules may be disqualified and reported to relevant authorities. By participating, you release the Released Parties from any and all liability arising out of your participation in the Draw or your receipt or use of any prize.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

6. DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data (name, email address, university) will be collected and used solely to administer the Draw, verify eligibility, notify winners, and (where you have consented) send you updates from Deck. Data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Deck's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.swipeondeck.com/privacy-policy. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@swipeondeck.com.

7. WINNERS LIST

To request the name and university of Draw winners, email hello@swipeondeck.com with the subject line "Deck On Campus Fund Winners List". Requests will be fulfilled within 30 days.
