About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Strategy Intern to help shape and execute Deck’s content presence across Instagram and TikTok. You’ll play a key role in building our brand voice, creating thumb-stopping content, and driving engagement with our core audience of students and young professionals.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage Deck’s content strategy for Instagram & TikTok, aligned with growth goals.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (short-form video, stories, memes, carousels).
Tap into trends, sounds, and formats to keep Deck culturally relevant and discoverable.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm campaigns, challenges, and viral loops.
Track performance (reach, engagement, shares) and suggest data-driven optimisations.
Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactive features (polls, Q&As).
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok culture, trends, and formats.
Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and visual design.
Comfortable with tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Passion for experiences, events, and social culture in London.
Bonus: Experience growing personal or brand social accounts.
